AROM Associates served as a key consultant in delivering a comprehensive Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) for the proposed Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research in Lahore during 2024–2025. The project involved a large-scale hospital development comprising six major sections including BMT, Hospice, Café Facility, Sarai, Doctors’ Accommodation, and Clinical Facilities. Our team conducted detailed traffic volume surveys, access evaluations, and trip generation analysis to determine the projected impact of this significant healthcare facility on the surrounding road infrastructure.
The TIA study was prepared and submitted to TEPA Lahore on behalf of the Infrastructure Development Authority, Punjab (IDAP), ensuring full compliance with urban planning and regulatory standards. Given the scale and importance of this public healthcare initiative, our assessment focused on maintaining operational efficiency, emergency accessibility, and safe circulation for patients, visitors, and medical staff.
